Agent Bulk Edit

Connect version:

From the main menu bar, hover over Agent Management and then click Agent Bulk Edit. This allows supervisors to make changes to multiple agents simultaneously.

Purpose

Agent Bulk Edit allows supervisors to simultaneously make changes to agent attributes for multiple agents.

Instead of navigating to the Agent Profiles page to individually modify an agent's settings, supervisors can bulk edit the following attributes:

  • Skill template and skills
  • Suspension status
  • Termination status
  • Direct call proxy status
  • Role eligibility
  • Report inclusion
  • Team
  • Recording rule
  • Bandwidth utilization

Sort agents using the column heading arrows and drop-down menus.

Edit Agent Attributes

Select the check box next to an agent's name to edit that agent's attributes. Selected agents will appear under the Selected Agents heading (Figure 1). Click Remove to deselect an agent and remove him or her from Selected Agents.

Select the check box next to an agent's name to edit that agent's attributes. Click Load Agents. Selected agents will appear under the Selected Agents heading (Figure 1). Click Remove to deselect an agent and remove him or her from Selected Agents.

Use the drop-down menus under the Selected Agents heading to simultaneously edit those agents' attributes.

Click Save to finalize changes.
