Agent Bulk Import
From the main menu bar, click Agent Management > Agent Bulk Import. This allows supervisors to import new agents into Clarity Connect.
Purpose
Agent Bulk Import allows supervisors to import agent data from Active Directory or a CSV file rather than individually creating agents on the Agent Profiles page.
Actions
Import From Active Directory
Enter a user’s first name, last name, logon name, or e-mail address in the Search for a User field. Specify an organization using the Org Unit to Search drop-down menu (Figure 1).

Search results will appear below the search box and may be filtered additionally using the fields above each column (Figure 2). If a user is already an existing agent in Connect, an icon (silhouette with headset) will appear next to his or her name instead of a check box.

Select users to import using the check boxes next to each name. These users will appear under Selected Users and can be assigned a team and skill template (optional) using the drop-down menus (Figure 3). Click Save to finalize changes.

Import From CSV
Users can also be imported by uploading a comma-separated value (CSV) file containing the desired users and their organization by clicking Choose File.
