Advanced Settings
From the main menu bar, hover over Maintenance and then click Advanced Settings.
Purpose
The Advanced Settings page allows direct access to view and assign queue and portal-level configuration settings.
For details on each setting, contact the Connect team directly or reference Configuration Settings.
Actions
Miscellaneous
Hover the mouse over each setting name to reveal details on that setting (Figure 1 and Figure 2).

Click the Delete icon to delete the selected setting.
Click the Details icon to view more information on the selected setting.
Create New Configuration Override Setting
Click Create Override Setting to create a new configuration override. The Set Up New Configuration Override page will appear (Figure 3).

Edit the following fields to create a new configuration override:
Setting Name
Enter the name of the setting.
Type of Override
Select the type of override.
Queue
Select a queue to apply the configuration override to.
Setting Value
Enter the setting value.
Click Save to create the new configuration override.
Create New Global Setting
From the Advanced Configuration Settings page, click Create Global Setting to create a new global setting. The Set Up New Configuration page will appear (Figure 4).
The following fields will appear:
Setting Name
Enter the setting name.
Setting Value
Enter the setting value.
Click Save to create the new global setting.

Edit Existing Configuration
From the Advanced Configuration Settings page, click the Edit icon (pencil) to modify the selected setting. Depending on the configuration type, different fields may display.
Click Save to finalize any changes.
