From the main menu bar, hover over Maintenance and then click System Status.
The System Status page keeps track of all active portal instances (including their status and call information), server roles, and servers.
From this page, users can delete decommissioned servers and server roles, as well as stop incoming calls from being accepted into the system.
Active Portal Instances
All portal instances, including port number, up-time, and call information are listed under Active Portal Instances.

All Server Roles
Services running on each server are listed under All Server Roles along with server FQDN, port number, status, and uptime.
Click the Delete icon (X) to delete a server role entry.
All server certificate information, including expiry date, appears under Servers (Figure 2). The system issues alert e-mails when certificates are close to expiring.
Click the Edit icon to edit the Specific URL to this Server field. Click the Save icon to finalize changes.
Click the Delete icon to delete a server entry.
