Report Scheduler
From the main menu bar, hover over Reports and then click Report Scheduler (Figure 1).

SSRS Configuration
Prior to using the Report Scheduler, the SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) instance must be configured to receive emails.
- Open Reporting Services Configuration Manager on the report server.
- Click the E-mail Settings tab.
- Populate the Sender Address field.
- Select Use SMTP server as the Current SMTP Delivery Method.
- Populate the SMTP Server field.
- Click Apply.
Purpose
The Report Scheduler automatically sends Clarity Connect reports to a specific email address at a configurable frequency.
Actions
Manage Existing Subscriptions
Managing existing subscriptions using the following columns.
Report Name
The name of the report.
To Email
The email address the report is sent to.
Frequency
The frequency of the subscription.
Date Created
The date the subscription was created.
Status
The status of the subscription.
Actions
Click the X icon to delete the subscription. The message, "Subscription successfully deleted" displays upon completion.
Create New Subscription
Click New Subscription to create a new subscription. Populate the following fields.
Subscription Settings
Report
The name of the report.
The email address the report is sent to. This field automatically populates with the logged in user's configured email address, but this value can be changed.
Render Format
The export file format of the report attachment sent via email, including CSV, Excel, PDF, and XML file formats.
Frequency
The frequency of the subscription. Reports can be delivered Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Selecting Weekly allows users to specify the day of the week the report is delivered. Selecting Monthly allows users to select the day of the month the report is delivered.
Starting Date
The date the subscription becomes active.
Delivery Time
The local server time the report will be delivered to the specified email address.
Report Parameters
Report Parameters allow users to choose how to filter report data.
Start Time
The start time of the report.
End Time
The end time of the report.
Business Units
The business unit(s) included in the report.
Groups
The group(s) included in the report.
Team
The team(s) included in the report.
Agent
The agent(s) included in the report.
TimeZone
The time zone of the report.
TimePeriod
The start date and end date of the report, including the following:
- None is the default TimePeriod value. It sets the start date to the day before the subscription is executed and sets the end date to the day the subscription is executed. Example: A report executed on February 23 will include the dates February 22 through February 23.
- Today sets the start and end dates to the day the subscription is executed. Example: A report executed on February 23 will include the dates February 23 through February 23.
- Yesterday sets the start and end dates to one day before the subscription is executed. Example: A report executed on February 23 will include the dates February 22 through February 22.
- Past 7 Days sets the start and end dates to seven days before the subscription is executed. Example: A report executed on February 23 will include the dates February 16 through February 23.
- Past 30 Days sets the start and end dates to 30 days before the subscription is executed. Example: A report executed on February 23 will include the dates January 24 through February 23.
- Previous Month sets the start date to the first day of the previous month and the end date to the last day of the previous month. Example: A report executed on February 23 will include the dates January 1 through January 31.
Click Schedule to validate and submit the subscription. The message, "Successfully created subscription" displays upon completion.
Click Schedule to create the subscription. Click Cancel to clear all fields and return to the main Subscription Manager view.
